Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Albariq : Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure objectivity and fairness.
Review Stages:
1. Initial Screening
The editorial team conducts a preliminary assessment of the manuscript's originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, ethical compliance, and adherence to author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be rejected without external review.
2. Reviewer Assignment
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected from a database of national and international scholars who meet the journal's competence criteria.
3. Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

Relevance and adequacy of references
4. Review Time Frame
Each reviewer is given a maximum of 2–4 weeks to complete their review. Authors are expected to respond to reviewers' comments within 1–2 weeks depending on the revision level.
5. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

6. Revision and Final Decision
Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the reviewers for re-evaluation. The editorial team makes the final decision based on the revised manuscript and reviewers' feedback.
Ethical Considerations
The journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines in all aspects of the review process. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, declare any conflict of interest, and provide constructive feedback.
